Terms
Interstate Supply Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Due to the nature of our product line, some police supplies, such as automatic knives, lock picking devices and batons are restricted for sale. If so noted, these items can only be shipped to a Law Enforcement Agency. In order to ship a restricted item to a residential address, a faxed photocopy of your Law Enforcement ID is required. It is the customer's responsibility to determine department policy regarding possession and use of restricted items.
Municipal and Government Purchase Orders are welcome. We also accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not ship COD.
Claims & Returns
If a shipment is damaged in transit it is the customer's responibility to contact the carrier (FedEx or UPS) in order to make a claim. We strongly recommend that you do so immediately and that you keep the packaging in the event the carrier wants to inspect it.
Items returned for refund, exchange or credit must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order in unused condition in its original packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
Claims for shortages must be made the same day you receive your order.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price change on any item we will notify you before shipping your order.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we stand behind our merchandise with a money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, simply return those items for a full product refund. Our only requirement is that the merchandise be returned in unused condition in ints original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order.
